I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety and mood disorders and incorporate mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI) as needed. In particular, I specialize in individual and group-based treatment for social anxiety disorder (SAD) and was trained by expert clinician and researcher Richard Heimberg, Ph.D., to work in this capacity.
